WORLD AFFAIRS COUNCIL COLLEAGUES (WACC)
The World Affairs Council Colleagues is a members-only group that supports the mission of the Colorado Springs World Affairs Council by hosting regular informal meetings to discuss international relations issues for the education and engagement of its Members. The Colleagues features local experts, including professors, teachers, government officials, business leaders, as well as members volunteering to present on a topical subject.
Eligibility:
- Current Member of CSWAC.
Structure: Monthly luncheon
- 11:30 Order lunch
- 11:40 Introductions, miscellaneous comments, lunch served
- 12:30 Discussion based on an announced topic prior to the meeting
- 1:30 Adjourn
Timing:
- Third Wednesday of each month, except perhaps summer months, and months which conflict with other programs of CSWAC.
Location: Patty Jewett Golf Clubhouse
Moderators: Larry Barrett
Discussion leaders: Volunteers from within the group, or invited presenter.
