Throughout Carrie’s 25+ year career, she’s worked with a diverse set of clients, from Fortune 500 companies like JP Morgan to niche startups and individual entrepreneurs. As a former Deloitte partner, Carrie served as a Chief of Staff, led an offshore tax practice, and co-created and led Deloitte’s Institutional Trust Practice. After leaving Deloitte, Carrie successfully launched multiple businesses, including CHF/STF and SentiTrend.

Her businesses, CHF/STF and SentiTrend, offer synergistic and distinct service offerings, enabling her to provide the most comprehensive and effective solutions for her clients.

As the Founder of CHF/STF, Carrie operates as a fractional Chief of Staff, working directly with clients to elevate their executive impact. She is a strategic partner and an executive advisor with the experience to see the whole organization and its needs. Carrie is action-focused, taking decisive steps to handle what needs to be done so the executive can concentrate on their top priorities, leadership, and achieving results.

As the co-Founder of SentiTrend, Carrie provides predictive behavioral analysis and applies it directly to the strategy and operations of businesses. SentiTrend’s proprietary model is based on the premise that emotion drives behavior and behavior drives results, both of which are highly predictable and offer businesses an unmatched strategic advantage.
